Helping Others through Unidea non-profit foundation created to contribute to give life to the values and ideals of UniCredit Group. Unidea is an acting foundation which, on the basis of its own strategy, is directly involved in the implementation of its projects. Through its activities, it endeavors to promote a culture of voluntary work, civic commitment and donation.Unidea also offers itself as a bridge between employees – who are interested and willing to direct their energy and skills towards serious and structured voluntary work – and the needs of the target communities.

Restorative Justice is the mechanism by which the Group ensures proper application of its Integrity Charter. It is a new method of managing situations of potential conflict or breach of the Values set out in the Integrity Charter. Employees access the Restorative Justice System via the internal network of Ombudsmen who are responsible for assessing the admissibility of each case for Restorative Justice of mediation and reporting.
