Our commitment to the community is integral to our culture. Pioneer generously donates time, money and talents - individually and collectively - to help those in need in Austria, as well as around the world.
Therefore it became common practice to collect donations, especially during Christmas time, to support various initiatives, put forward by employees . The employees‘ donations are matched by Company donations.
Charity Auction :
Every year Employees organise an auction of various articles. The proceeds of this initiative are donated to various organisations chosen by the staff.
Donations have been given to:
- Die Möwe: Centres for child protection whose employees help mistreated or sexually abused children as well as their trusted third parties
- World Vision: to help children who have to support families
- Ärzte ohne Grenzen- Medecins sans frontiers
