The collective employment agreement for bank employees and bankers is applicable for employees of Pioneer Investments Austria GmbH(PIA). PIA offers the following to its employees:

38.5 hours per week
Increased holiday entitlement:
Special leave on some occasions
Extended payment period in case of illness
Allowance for children and family

Luncheon Vouchers € 4,40 for each working day.
Pension fund
Tax-free special payment for supplemental insurance € 300,-- a year
Salary advance (interest free) up to 3 gross monthly salaries
